WGM Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the WARSI Grant Management (WGM) application managed by KKI WARSI. By registering, your organization agrees to all of the terms below.
1. About WGM
WGM is the grant management platform of KKI WARSI for partner organizations (CSO / CBO): organization registration, proposal submission, assessment, contracts, program and financial reporting, and installment invoices.
2. Account & Registration
- One organization has one account. The person registering must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization.
- New accounts are reviewed by the WGM admin before they are activated. WARSI may reject, suspend, or deactivate an account whose data is incomplete, incorrect, or misused.
- The organization is responsible for keeping its username and password confidential and for all activity carried out through its account.
3. Accuracy of Data & Documents
- All data and documents submitted (legal documents, organization profile, proposals, budgets, reports, invoices, and supporting evidence) must be true, current, and legally valid.
- False or falsified data or documents may cause the proposal to be disqualified, the account to be blocked, the grant agreement to be terminated, and funds already disbursed to be returned.
4. Proposals & Selection
- Proposals are submitted according to the terms of each call for proposals (period, eligible organization type, budget cap, and required documents).
- Registration and proposal submission do not guarantee funding. Assessment, due diligence, and decisions are made by KKI WARSI and are final.
5. Use of Funds, Reporting & Payment
- Grant funds must be used according to the approved budget (RAB) and the grant contract.
- The organization submits program and financial reports on time, keeps original transaction evidence, and is open to monitoring, evaluation, and audits by WARSI or the donor.
- Funds are disbursed in installments through invoices submitted in WGM after the contract is signed and the budget is verified, to the official bank account in the organization's name.
6. Privacy & Use of Data
- Organization and user data are used for grant management, communication, and reporting to donors and program partners, only as far as needed.
- WARSI does not sell personal data and protects it according to applicable laws and regulations.
7. Ethics & Prohibitions
- The organization upholds integrity: no bribery, corruption, fraud, or undisclosed conflicts of interest, and it respects safeguarding, gender equality, and the rights of local and indigenous communities.
- It is prohibited to misuse the application, access other parties' data, or upload files containing malware or illegal content.
8. Changes to the Terms
KKI WARSI may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are announced in the application and apply from the date they are published.
